• 01:30 AM - Pick up at hotel.Pick-up time depends on your location. Meet your driver and head to the base of Mount Batur (Toyabungkah village).
• 03:30 AM - Arrival at Base Camp (Toyabungkah).Meet your local guide. Safety briefing and gear check.Flashlights/torches provided if needed
• 04:00 AM - Trek begins in darkness under the stars,Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours depending on pace. Terrain: Rocky volcanic paths, steep in some areas.Altitude gain: ~700 meters (Mount Batur is 1,717 meters / 5,633 ft).
• 06:00 AM - Rest and wait for sunrise (usually around 6:00 AM). Enjoy breathtaking views of: Lake Batur, Mount Batur,Sometimes Mount Rinjani in Lombok (on clear days)
• 06:30 AM - Light Breakfast on the Summit. Usually includes banana sandwich, hard-boiled egg, fruit, and hot tea/coffee. Cooked using volcanic steam in some cases!
• 07:00 AM - Explore the Crater, Walk along the crater ridge, See steaming vents and monkeys.Capture panoramic shots.
• 08:00 AM - Start Descent. Same route back down (careful with loose rocks). Duration: 1–1.5 hours.
• 09:00 AM - Return to basecamp for rest and refresh. Optional visit to Batur Natural Hot Springs for a soak (extra charge, bring swimsuit & towel).
• 11:00 AM - Back To Hotel. Depending on your location and any stops (e.g., coffee plantation, breakfast stop).
